A procedure is a kind of text to explain how to make or to do something. There are two goal of procedure is to explain how to make (how to cook fried rice) or to do something (how to operate Android). There are three main parts of it, they are 1)the goal, 2)the ingridients/tools, and 3)the steps. For more undersatnding, you should the text above. 

Almost of verbs is used the imperative form. They can find them easily in the step. For example, heat, fry, cook, and etc. It is easy to understand, right?.
